Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic approach to wellness. With a focus on calming and supporting the Nervous System, Craniosacral Therapy encourages relaxation deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. 

Through very gentle hands on techniques, a Craniosacral Therapist is trained to sense the areas in the client's body where there are restrictions in flow of cerebral spinal fluids, fascia or muscles, and then listen to the body's response on how to proceed in making changes and release restrictions. 

Craniosacral Therapy helps to turn on your own innate healing power and brain/body connection, and in that encourages optimal health.

Reflexology is based on the principles that there are zones and reflex points in the feet and hands that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.
Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy. During your appointment you will experience stimulation of these reflex areas through specific thumb, finger and hand techniques which often results in increased circulation throughout the body as well as, balancing the Chi (or life force energy), increasing energy and vitality, relieving stress and anxiety, easing pain, headaches, respiratory and digestive disturbances and often the pain and nausea experienced from cancer treatment..

Reiki is an unlimited energy that surrounds all and is within all. In studying Reiki their are ancient symbols that are shared which allow a practitioner to focus on bridging the gap of space between themselves and their client..........

A long distance session is similiar to one given in person. You lay down or sit in a relaxed and comfortable space. Breathe quietly and allow. That's all you have to do. The Reiki practitioner then sends a session long distance in the same way they would if they were providing it in person.

Indian Head Massage is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the scalp, combining massage and Marma Point Therapy to the face, head, neck, shoulders and upper arms... all important energy centres within the body.

A marma point is a juncture on the body where 2 or more types of tissue meet, such as muscles, veins, ligaments, bones or joints. Resembling acupuncture points but extending to larger areas of the body. Yet much more than a casual connection of tissue and fluids they are intersections of vital life force and prana, or breath.

Marma points bridge the gap between the physical and energetic bodies by carrying energetic information between the mind and the body’s organs and tissues.

Stimulation of these inner pharmacy pathways signals the body to produce exactly what it needs, including hormones and neurochemicals that help to heal the body, mind and consciousness.

With Abhyanga Massage the focus is on nourishing the entire body from head to toe, with the application of a large amount of warm oil to moisturize and soothe the skin, and also lubricate the joints. During a session you will find a quiet space of calm healing, warmth and stability. It's like saturating your entire being with loving energy.

Reiki encourages you to be aware of your emotional and spiritual connection with the energies that surround and are within you.  There is often times emotion  associated with muscle tension. Awareness can assist you to heal.

Preparations or this 90 minute session begin long before you arrive for your appointment. Healing Reiki symbols are set up in the space & are available to you to draw upon their energy at anytime through the session. Extra time is taken to focus on, and to bring forward the healing energies available for the highest good of your mind, body and spirit

I encourage you to breathe and allow the energy to flow within and around you. Allowing Craniosacral Therapy to meet your history and in combination with Reiki, draw forward balance, harmony and peace.

A peaceful and safe space where you can fully relax and go within. In that space you will often find the answers to those life events from the past or as you go forward. Many clients find it beneficial to bring their  journal to make notes at the end of the session for later meditation time.

Ending with a Craniosacral Stillpoint hold, a few deep breaths and you will feel relaxed, peaceful and at the same time refreshed.
