Craniosacral Therapy & Reiki
Description
Preparations or this 90 minute session begin long before you arrive for your appointment. Healing Reiki symbols are set up in the space & are available to you to draw upon their energy at anytime through the session. Extra time is taken to focus on, and to bring forward the healing energies available for the highest good of your mind, body and spirit I encourage you to breathe and allow the energy to flow within and around you. Allowing Craniosacral Therapy to meet your history and in combination with Reiki, draw forward balance, harmony and peace. A peaceful and safe space where you can fully relax and go within. In that space you will often find the answers to those life events from the past or as you go forward. Many clients find it beneficial to bring their journal to make notes at the end of the session for later meditation time.
